Yoga Classes

Commit to making time for yourself & it will have a profound effect.  Dedicating to your practice will transform your body & mind, bring radiant health, reduce stress & fatigue, & allow you to give your best to all you do.

At One Yoga we offer both group & private instruction in Hatha/Raja Yoga & have extensive experience working with all levels of practitioners.  Our studio will be your sanctuary where you will learn & practice the ancient teachings of Yoga in the company of the collective Sangha.

A Yoga mat is required for all classes.  Chairs are available for those who prefer them.

What you will learn:

  • Yoga Asana (postures)

  • Pranayama (breathing techniques)

  • Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)

  • Concentration & Meditation Techniques

  • Yogic Philosophy, Yama, & Niyama (ethical rules)

  • Chanting & Japa (mantra repetition)


Group Classes

Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, One Yoga & Tribal Belly Dance classes are designed to meet you where you are.  Our group classes allow you to move at your own pace towards your personal goals.  We will guid you back to you own inner strength & peace within the supportive energy of the collective group.  Begin your journey into transformation, health, & happiness RIGHT NOW!!

Private Lessons

Private lessons offer the same techniques as group classes, but give you the opportunity for ONE-on-ONE assistance to take you deeper into your practice & focus on what you are interested in learning.  We are available to teach private individual or small group lessons.  We look forward to assisting you on your path to wellness & ONE-ness.

Tribal Belly Dance

One World Tribal Belly Dance is directed by Chelle Atma Devi Jozefczyk.  Our tribe’s intention is to explore improvisational Tribal Fusion Belly Dance in an atmosphere that emphasizes joy, acceptance, & respect.  We aspire to develop sisterhood & community where all are welcome to join.

Tribal Belly Dance is a fun & unique workout that tones the entire body, develops confidence, & creates a special bond amongst dancers.  Through this beautiful dance you will also cultivate a deeper connection with your body and breath.  No prior dance experience is required.  Class is your time to laugh, move, & breathe.  If you’re looking for a different way to workout & connect with your friends, Tribal Belly Dance classes are for you!


Classes will consist of:

  • Warm-ups

  • Isolation techniques & drills

  • Tribal Belly Dance movements (fast & slow) with a focus on proper dance posture

  • Combos, transitions, layers, & levels

  • Putting it all together

  • Cool down
